Scotland: Edinburgh and its surroundings

Edinburgh is a city with a rich history, mysteries and incredible views. We will start our route from Edinburgh Castle, towering on a rock and keeping many secrets. Then we will walk along the Royal Mile - a historic street leading to Holyrood Palace, the official residence of the British monarchs in Scotland.

After visiting the main attractions of the city, we will climb Arthur's Seat - an extinct volcano, from the top of which there is a stunning view of Edinburgh. Those who wish can visit local pubs to try traditional Scottish haggis. We will finish our trip with a trip out of town, where we will see mysterious castles and majestic mountain valleys.

Day 1: Edinburgh

09:00 – Tour of Edinburgh Castle.
11:00 – Walk along the Royal Mile, visit to St. Giles' Cathedral.
13:00 – Lunch in a pub with haggis tasting.
14:30 – Visit to Holyrood Palace.
16:30 – Climb to Arthur's Seat (city panorama).
19:00 – Dinner, ghost tour.
Day 2: Country Castles

09:00 – Departure to Stirling Castle.
12:00 – Transfer to Glencoe – the most picturesque mountain landscapes.
14:00 – Lunch in the countryside.
16:00 – Visit to ancient villages, whiskey tasting.
19:00 – Return to Edinburgh.
Day 3: Lakes and Islands

08:00 – Departure to Loch Lomond, cruise.
12:00 – Picnic with a view of the mountains.
14:00 – Visit to Ben Nevis mountain (for photos).
18:00 – Return to Edinburgh.
